Sabah Electricity hit with RM40 mil in losses after warehouse fire, says Tangau

Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) is believed to have suffered losses estimated at RM40 million due to a fire that broke out at a warehouse storing its cables in Jalan Menggatal near here yesterday, said its chairman Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau

A spokesman for the Penang Fire and Rescue Department’s operations centre said the burn victim was a 50-year-old Myanmar man while another 30-year-old local woman only suffered minor injuries.
