“So how is New York? I haven’t been able to see it,” asked Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim with a laugh before the start of a press conference with Malaysian media on September 22.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim arrived home today after a four-day visit to New York City from September 24 as the head of Malaysia’s delegation at the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Beliau berkata, situasi itu berpunca daripada tindakan delegasi, termasuk pemimpin utama negara lain yang didakwa keluar dewan ketika Perdana Menteri Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu menyampaikan ucapan.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will lead Malaysia’s delegation to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders’ Week in San Francisco, California, in November this year.
