Toh Puan Na’imah Abdul Khalid, the wife of former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin, has yet to retrieve her passport as the high court here will only make its decision on March 22.
Toh Puan Na’imah Abdul Khalid has posed constitutional questions to the high court here, regarding the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) charges levelled against her.

Tun Daim Zainuddin’s wife, Toh Puan Na’imah Abdul Khalid, arrived at the court complex here at 8.32am to challenge the lower court’s order for the surrender of her international passport.
