The construction of the monsoon drain in the landslide area along Jalan Wawasan in Taman Wawasan, Puchong, which commenced last week, is 9.3% complete as of today.
While Taman Wawasan residents are generally satisfied with the authorities’ efforts in fixing the damage caused by a landslide nearly two weeks ago, patience is running thin among those who have been forced to seek temporary shelter elsewhere.
The first phase of iron piling needed to stabilise the landslide area in Taman Wawasan here, is to be completed this Sunday, according to the Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) mayor.
