Selayang sessions court vacates Sanusi trial dates after case transferred

The Selayang sessions court today vacated all the trial dates for the case of Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor on two sedition charges related to the appointment of the Selangor menteri besar and the establishment of the unity government.

Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor is successful in his bid to transfer his two sedition charges for uttering seditious words regarding the appointment of the Selangor menteri besar and the setting up of the unity government during a ceramah in July last year from the Selayang sessions court to the high court.
