Sabah Pakatan drops OS against federal govt as review nears conclusion

The decision on Sabah Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) originating summons (OS) against the federal government will become academic when the review concludes in July 2024, said Upko president Datuk Seri Ewon Benedick.

In a joint statement today, the elected representatives said there was progress made through a technical committee for the Malaysia Agreement 1963 Implementation Action Council chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, whereby two of the three declarations they sought had been agreed to and would be implemented soon.
