Perjanjian yang tidak dimeterai antara Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi (LADA) dan INR Sdn Bhd berhubung hak milik tanah Hotel St Regis Langkawi menyebabkan LADA tidak dapat mengutip hasil pajakan berjumlah RM3.19 juta.
