Wanted Malaysian fugitive Leonard Glenn Francis is set to be extradited back to the United States following the country’s agreement to exchange prisoners with Venezuela.
According to Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, the government has not been informed of Sirul making such an application through his lawyers after he was released from Australian detention earlier this month.
