The Federal Court has fixed November 29 to hear Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor’s application to seek leave to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal, which dismissed her appeal to nullify her solar hybrid trial.
Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor is facing 12 charges of money laundering involving RM7,097,750 and five charges of failing to declare her income to the Inland Revenue Board.
