Nearly 3,000 unsold property units in Penang as of third quarter of 2023

There are 2,947 property units categorised as ‘overhang’ or unsold in Penang as of the third quarter of this year (3Q 2023), said state Housing and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Seri S. Sundarajoo. 

40,000 affordable homes built in Selangor since 2018: Amirudin

Selangor has built 40,000 affordable homes in the last five years, according to Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.
