The prosecution in Bersatu’s Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad’s corruption and money-laundering case related to the Jana Wibawa project informed the sessions court here today of their plan to present 47 witnesses during the trial.
The 42-year-old businessman was previously charged with six new money laundering charges amounting to RM3.675 million at Shah Alam sessions court on November 9 – under Section 4(1)(b) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
Fadhlina Sidek, in a ministry statement, says those eligible can claim through its Delima app via Kota Buku Digital feature, but Datuk Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir says mechanism will be disclosed later
