Rahmah postpaid incentive for media practitioners receives support from telcos

Those with official media card will receive one-off rebate for September

KUALA LUMPUR – CelcomDigi, Maxis, Unifi Mobile, U Mobile and YES today expressed their support for the Rahmah postpaid incentive for media practitioners in conjunction with Malaysia Day.  

The telecommunication operators in a joint statement today said the incentive aligned with the Madani Economic Framework as well as showed support to Malaysian media practitioners. 

“This incentive, in the form of a one-off one-month rebate for the month of September, will be made available to over 10,000 media practitioners who hold an active media card from the Information Department,” read the statement.  

It also stated that the operators will continue to work closely with the government to support the rakyat’s connectivity and digital needs. – September 7, 2023
