A man is collecting water from a leaking pipe in Bukit Jalil, seemingly for cleaning, as he carries a container in one hand and a mop in the other. 

In 2022, the National Water Services Commission highlighted a staggering issue – an average of 37.2% of the country’s treated water goes to waste daily, equating to 7.084 million litres lost and costing nearly RM2 billion annually. – May 20, 2024
