Sultan Ibrahim leaves for medical treatment abroad

KUALA LUMPUR – Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim has travelled overseas to seek medical treatment.

Accompanying him are his sons, Tunku Panglima Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Putera Johor Tunku Abu Bakar Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim. 

According to a statement on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s official Facebook page, Istana Negara confirmed that the matter has been conveyed to the Conference of Rulers and the federal government. 

The statement also called on the public to pray for His Majesty’s speedy recovery and continued well-being. – February 7, 2025
