The last flight arrived at 4.37am, with passengers being assisted with their luggage by staff, as the video captioned, “Our last flight. And yes! We still performed our duty.”

Cecilia then posted that MYAirline employees were told to vacate their offices at 7am, as she was seen carrying her bags away.

The viral video garnered over 600,000 views, 18,000 likes, and 883 comments, with netizens sharing their sympathies under the TikTok post.

“MyAirline crew is the best. I hope the best for all of you. Be strong,” said TikTok user Marsha.

“MyAirline seriously has the best services and prices, why did it suddenly become like this?” said user mohdzackzaidi3.

“My flight yesterday to Langkawi at 2pm was with MYAirline. I finished packing and started my night run at Chenang (Inn resort at Langkawi Island). When I woke up in the morning, I got the email (about MYAirline’s operations being suspended),” said another TikTok user Khid.

Cecilia, who posted the TikTok video, responded to Khid’s comment by apologising and explaining that even MYAirline staff had no idea what happened during the night when its operations were abruptly suspended. – October 18, 2023
